Calibration Lab

We are authorised DMC Repair Centre and having factory training, we meet all requirements to calibrate and service DMC Tools. Our prime objective is providing prompt and cost effective calibration services for DMC Tools.

Every 1-2 years, your DMC 8 indent tools (AFM8, AF8 and MH860) require servicing to replace the dry grease inside the tool. We completely strip down the tool, de-grease, replace faulty or worn parts, re-grease, re-assemble, re-calibrate and issue a Certificate of Calibration.

Hi-Tech is an Authorised DMC Repair Centre available to overhaul and repair Hand Tools, Pneumatic Tools, Hydraulic Tools and Wiring System Service Kits for periodic Inspection & Calibration.

With wiring service kits, we clean & repair cases when possible and replace or upgrade foam cavities as needed. We also inspect & calibrate all tooling and determine if repairs or replacement needs to be made. Additionally we identify and replace missing tools, charts, & tool instructions.
